Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a secure medical history form via SMS or email. Completing it ahead of time helps us tailor your care and make your visit as smooth as possible.
When you arrive, our friendly reception team will greet you and give you time to settle in. If you haven’t completed your medical history form in advance, we’ll provide one for you to fill out in our comfortable waiting area.
We want you to feel at ease while you wait. Our modern waiting area is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring cosy seating and a calming atmosphere.

Health fund rules, regulations, waiting period and yearly limits apply. If no health fund benefits are available then $200 offer would apply. You will have a No GAP if your health fund covers a minimum of $200.
If extensive cleaning is required then further costs will be discussed and applied.

We love caring for children and know how important their first dental visit can be. That’s why we make it a fun and positive experience—like letting them hold the mirror and count their teeth—to help them feel comfortable and confident.
This funding from Medicare provides basic dental services to children. Dental services are capped at $1,132 over 2 consecutive calendar years.
To be eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, the patient must:
Be aged 2 to 17 years for at least 1 day of the calendar year
Be eligible for Medicare
Receive, or be part of a family receiving, certain Australian Government payments
